Terms and Conditions for the HOLIQUE 2025

By registering for and attending HOLIQUE 2025, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Code of Conduct

This Event promotes a non-violent and non-discriminatory celebration of Holi.
Participants must respect the dignity of others and refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior based on gender, race, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic.
Only organic and skin-safe colors are encouraged. The use of harmful chemicals, forceful application of colors, or any form of physical misconduct will not be tolerated.
Consent is key: No one should be forced to participate in color application or water play against their will.
Any form of intoxication, unruly behavior, or actions that disturb the peace will lead to immediate removal from the Event.

2. Liability & Safety

The Event organizers are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages sustained during the Event.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and safety while at the venue.
In case of an emergency, please follow the safety guidelines provided by the organizers.

3. Media Consent

By attending, you consent to photography and videography during the Event, which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the Event organizers in advance.

4. Right to Refuse Entry

The Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
